My name is Mette Jorien Brands, a creative and strategic social media manager based in Amsterdam. In 2021, I completed my Interior Design studies at Jan des Bouvrie College, and in 2024, I graduated as an Online Content Creator from Hogeschool Utrecht. These programs further fueled my passion for visual communication and content creation.

During my internship at De Bijenkorf as a Content Specialist, I had the opportunity to put my social media and content marketing skills into practice. I was responsible for managing social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as well as developing strategic content for newsletters and campaigns. I collaborated closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication and increase audience engagement. This experience taught me how to create content that is both visually appealing and commercially effective.

What drives me is building strong collaborations and finding creative solutions that help brands communicate authentically and impactfully. I believe successful content is more than just beautiful visuals—it should tell a story, create a connection, and contribute to a brand’s growth.
